Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen 10/22/22
On Oct. 22rd, 2022 members of the Idaho Section of the American Nuclear Society (IANS) helped serve lunch at the Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen. Lunch is served here 7 days a week to anyone in the community who is food insecure.
There was a great turnout of volunteers and participants and everyone had a wonderful time serving 125!
Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen 4/16/22
Nuclear students with Ans Student Chapter - University of Idaho are here preparing a lovely meal of lemon-dill salmon, asparagus, and coleslaw. Yummy!! Carry-out lunch starts at noon. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy student life to serve at the Soup Kitchen!
Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen 10/23/21
On Oct. 23rd, 2021 members of the Idaho Section of the American Nuclear Society (IANS) helped serve lunch at the Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen. Lunch is served here 7 days a week to anyone in the community who is food insecure.
There was a great turnout of volunteers and participants and everyone had a wonderful time serving 137!
Idaho Student Sections Toy Drive 12/14/2020
The University of Idaho Student Section of ANS partnered with Idaho State University ANS Student Section and the IANS in hosting a toy drive for the 2020 Holiday Season. The drive ran from November 21st to December 14th. A total of 75 toys were collected and donated to the Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP). All toys were dispersed to those in need by December 21st.
